10-Ingredient Ranch Dressing: Whole30, Paleo

This ranch dressing changed my Whole30 experience forever. It goes good on anything and everything! It is made with ingredients that are typically already in your cabinet. Whole30, Paleo, Gluten free and sugar free... not many bottled salad dressing can confidently say that.


Salad dressing is one of those most common places for hidden sugars, preservatives and other nasty ingredients that you don't want. It is SO easy to make your own salad dressings from home. All you need are a fat (oil), acid (lemon juice, vinegar, etc.) and lots of spices for the most basic dressings. If you are going to buy dressings be REALLY sure that you are careful of what is in them and sneaky ingredients that are not good for our bodies. That is a quick way to turn a healthy salad into a not so healthy option.



Recipe:

1/2 cup avocado mayo (I like Chosen Foods brand best)

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic

1 tsp parsley

2 tsp dill

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp sage

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 black pepper

1/4 tsp salt


Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together and enjoy! It can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
